The service at this surgery is extremely poor. Replies from e-consults are text messages saying a professional will call, and they have NEVER called within the booked 4 hour window. It's impossible to get a face to face appointment. I have been called late at night, after hours (8 or 9 pm - after the GP has missed the booked appointment time) for consultation, when I can't answer the phone and/or am not appropriately prepared for the discussion. I have been given abnormal test results without discussion VIA TEXT MESSAGE without any kind of collaborative treatment plan. This is a woefully inadequate clinical service. A GP has also said to me (when declining treatment that is named as appropriate and available via GP in professional guidelines) that "the NHS is for everyone, not just for you". Having been an NHS professional for the past 18 years, I am acutely aware that the NHS is for everyone and could do without such a rude and patronising attitude. You cannot get your health needs met here. Avoid avoid avoid.

They don't inform you of your results and when ordering medication they decline it showing they don't care about their patients

Doctors are amazing, however this admin team is horrid. They couldn't care less about your conditions. Each time I come for a different reason I have to basically make appointments myself because they will raise earth and seas to try to make it somebody else's responsibility. Health care that doesn't care much.

My parents have been repeatedly messed around and suffered the consequences of the shocking incompetence of admin mistakes . The simple task of reissue of catheter bags only repeated night bags NOT Day !!! How can you repeatedly ask for them and keep be given what you do not need !!! Shocking and stressful for them to deal with this level of incompetence.

I get a really good GP who early detected my Angina Pectoris and managed to stabilise my blood pressure. The average is good in comparison to other practices in London. Main point team work!

Doctors are good but reception team is abysmal. Opening hours online and on a huge sign outside says 8am-8pm. They are in fact open until 6:30pm. If that. I’ve gone there at around 6:15pm before and they were closed. When I called to check the opening hours they said that sometimes they close before 6:30 if they feel like it. Makes it really hard to plan when you aren’t able to go during working hours. Reception team is always so rude over the phone and in person. Such a shame. Really let’s the medical team there down as I have had good experiences with the doctors

Literally the worst GP experience ever. Reception are Constantly rude & unhelpful. Impossible to book an appointment. GP’s ignore medical History, & would rather rush you out the door with a quit smoking pack than actually help with a medical problem. Will change medication without a consultation. If it wasn’t hours of admin to change surgeries I would’ve done it years ago

Great doctors but reception team needs extra training on how to treat everyone with respect specially when patients are asking for alternative options when it comes to making appointments. Overall service from reception is not so great.
