I can't award this place zero stars. I was a 'patient' here from 2015 to 2018. Awful place. Worse than a prison Staff abusive and non-caring Everything is about containment. No sense of it being a 'hospital' at all. Everything they do is based on a paradigm of restrict, refuse, deny, contradict, damage. Imagine any stereotypical Dickensian orphanage or school or whatever. You won't be far wrong.

former staff member "Lorna O'Connor" publically admitted on the site Twitter to engaging in abusive practises towards patients. It was implied this was not her decision, but a systematic one made by St Andrews Healthcare.
