I needed an emergency appointment as my eye was bothering with me for some time and this was the only optician having called a number of other local ones in St Albans, to offer me an appointment immediately. On arrival, I was very well looked after and made to feel so welcome and just felt like the service was a real personal one compared to other places I have previously used. The examination was thorough and everything was clearly explained to me at each step. A fantastic opticians and one I highly recommend.
