    I urgently needed 7 blinds and because I was given a lead time of around 1 week for both blackout and non-blackout blinds, I went ahead. When it actually came to order, the price for the non-blackout blinds had increased a lot from the verbal quote I was given. I still went ahead because of the quick turnaround. The lead time then turned into 1 month. The first blinds were not finally installed until 6 weeks later and then twice the wrong scaffold tower arrived so that it was actually 2 months before the final blind went in. Even then, the saga wasn't over. Forgot to give me the pole to open the blinds with. Afterwards, I discovered they had broken 3 light bulbs and not mentioned it. Gary seems genuine so I guess it was numerous mistakes rather than dishonesty. The blinds seem fine; hence 2 stars, not 1.
