    I have set up a meeting with this company and spoke to them to set up my recruitment agency. However, they don't want to help people rather they waste their time. Looks like they only help their friends or family members that I call nepotism. Recruiting people is a sales job but they believe it is a very difficult job to do and do not want to help people if you are not their friend or if you do not have any kind of intimacy with them. Stay away from this type of company and do not waste your time.

    I've enjoyed my time with SSG and would recommend them. I've worked with them for 3.5 years now and am still very happy that I took that decision. For someone in my position who has done all the recruitment side in the past, but hasn't had to do operational & secretarial side work in a limited company it is a great offering. They have made the transition into owning a business a lot easier. There is a lot to do that you wouldn't necessarily expect, and it's nice to know that in the instances where something new comes up there are people on hand who are able to provide the information. Most of their team genuinely do care, and it clearly isn't financial motivation, they just want to see you succeed. A really nice bunch of people. All the employees are always happy to go the extra mile to help you succeed. Having expertise at my fingertips in areas I am weak has proven invaluable at times, and was critical in us securing our most profitable placement in the last few years. Of course I could have found that information elsewhere too, but it would have been a much longer process (and I'd have had to pay for it too, which offsets the SSG cost). I know some people who complain about the contracts and how things change after 6 months, but I think those thoughts are very unfair. SSG were completely up front with everything as far as I could see. Plus if you're about to open your own company and you sign off a portion of profits for many years without reading the contract thoroughly and fully understanding what you are signing up for then maybe you aren't the great investment you think you are! The missing star for the full 5 is because the information on hand is often limited to the basics to keep your business operational. This is okay 90% of the time but as you mature as an organisation you may need to seek external expertise to really start optimising. For me this is fine though, as their selling point is getting you off the ground, and they do that well.
