It was my first time ever of choosing a Motability car for myself and after visiting many dealerships I was left feeling unsure. I decided to check out Ssangyong in Hereford just on the off chance and I am SO glad I did! Ashley was fantastic right from the start of the process, answering any questions I had - no matter how silly they may have seemed. Ashley went above and beyond to help keep me informed of any updates about the car throughout the process which made me feel happy and taken care of. I mentioned at one point that I would need to get a new wheelchair which led to Ashley offering to talk me through more of what Motability could offer me to ensure my needs were fully met which was amazing as I was looking at buying the wheelchair elsewhere but with thanks to his help I was able to get one with the car without worrying if it may or may not fit into the car and for a great deal less than what I would’ve paid elsewhere had I not known about this. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone!

Wish to give 0 stars but can't. Time wasters, avoid this company at all costs my plan was to buy Ssangyong Turismo. I spoke to Mr Ian over the phone, being told that the car is in excellent condition. I also mentioned that I'm 3 hours away and don't want to waste my time for nothing. He confirmed to me that the car was super clean, full service history and has been serviced. Car had one owner and done 48000 miles. The car was £1522 above market price. So I assumed that everything was perfect about it. What I found out when I came there: During all the time of the car's history it has only 2 stamps. The last one was in 2019 then the car had 19141 miles after that no records whatsoever. At the moment the engine is not even working properly. The entire car was covered in small scratches. There were 2 dents on the bonnet between the headlights and bumper there is a gap. You can see that the car was in an accident. All tires are different from each other. And this car's overall price is £15000. And Mr Ian's opinion is that the car is perfectly clean. And if I don't like it's my opinion and he would buy that car for that price !!! So overall I spent all day and nearly £100 on my journey expenses not to mention 3 trains and taxi just to go one way. I would never recommend to buy anything from that company "Ssangyong Specialist Dealers" especially Mr Ian in particular.

Once again the customer service is absolutely five star. This is the forth car I've had the pleasure to purchase from and they never fail to deliver. From Sales team to Service team nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. This time I had to take a change in manufacturer but having complete trust in the team have been well pleased with the outcome. Would I go there again without any doubt. Here they treat you as a person and for me thats 100%, Highly recommended.

My first dealings with this company and I have to say what an amazing experience it was. I have been trying to purchase Ssangyong parts for quite a while and found out that this dealership has recently opened. Laura had to deal with the enquiry. Laura deals with the Mitsubishi part of the business and didn't have a great deal of knowledge of the Ssangyong system but bent over backwards to get the parts I required. Within 2 days the parts were ready to collect. Considering I had been trying for over a week to source with other dealers. 10/10 for customer service. Most definately my one stop shop for Ssangyong. Highly recommend. Thankyou all.
