Had my nose pierced by Donna in June… was really impressed by her knowledge, manner and approach which made for a top class experience for me. Went back in November as I’d put very fine studs etc in and was having trouble… she was so helpful and kind in explaining again what was happening and most importantly what could be done. She removed and replaced the piercing and advised me about what to buy. What a lovely lady! I can highly recommend her and for being true to her word when she’d said to me in June….’any problems or if you need any help etc please come back and see me’….. a genuinely kind knowledgeable professional service…. Which also includes how well I was greeted and treated by staff from when I walked in the place ! Thanks Donna
