I placed my order in January and it was meant to be done by 30th March. I contacted two days prior to confirm my pick up date and was told it has been delayed by two weeks. I wondered why I had not been contacted regarding this as I don’t live close by. I agreed to pick it up in two weeks. Anyways, aside the delays that we’re there, when I came in, the dress didn’t not look the same as the one I had brought. The design, colour, and material were not the same. The staff took 100% accountability that this is not the dress I ordered. It wasted 3 months of my time and now had to purchase a lengha off the rack. I would like to say the staff customer service was good and that they were very welcoming at the start and throughout but it wasn’t enough as I needed this to be done. It felt like they forgot about my order and sent something from their warehouse. Just something for people to watch out for.

Been given misleading information which delayed our order and was promised if the colours not right we can change it, to only find out they can't do it and because THEY took long with the order they saying I can't get a refund. TERRIBLE business that runs on deceiving their customers. DO NOT buy from here
