Shocking customer service, overcharged by 150 pound, admitted to it and still haven't given it after 3 months. DO NOT GIVE THIS GYM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. Do not risk it, Ebor fitness is a far better gym and half the price anyway

Probably the most possibly inefficiently ran business in the world. First was incorrectly charged 150 pound by the gym and then went in to sort it out. The guy said I'd get a call, I answered the call explained and then said they would give my money back. It's been back and forth for more than 3 months. DO NOT TRUST THIS GYM WITH YOUR BANK DETAILS.

Recently joined and is a great gym with enough facilities for the majority of exercises. Good vibe of people just cracking on, quite quiet during the morning (6:00-8), same with lunch (13:00-14) same with evenings (17:00-18) Resistance training including machines for back, chest, biceps, legs, Smith machine, benches, barbells + more. Cardio including spin bikes, treadmills, rowing machine, stepper, cross trainer again to name a few. Similar prices to other gyms with multi options and classes are included in membership e.g HIIT sesh in the morning

Brilliant gym with a friendly welcoming vibe, the negative reviews on here are from previous management and staff who have mostly left. Sean is the new manager and he's made the gym a great place to workout, with a full timetable of varied classes run by experienced teachers. The members are very friendly and staff are always on hand to help.
