Had very bad experience with this company. Ordered an item on their website. However wrong size was shipped. Very difficult communications with Return Dept. The terms and conditions for refunds are not updated on the website, which is misleading customers. Have had to return an item at my own expence (Cost me over €17), which put me in a loss position. Very dissapointing, would not use this company again and would not recommend.

Visited for the first time today to buy my daughter her first pair of ice skates. Didn't do my research and didn't realise everything was stored out the back so was a bit disappointed until the fantastic team saw me looking lost. Nothing was too much trouble and offered great advice and came away with exactly what we needed.

What a fantastic place. Customer service and support was amazing. I took my old Bauer inline skates in to get new wheels and bearings. Ellie and her colleague spent ages trying to find the right bolts as the ones originally fitted aren't used anymore. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for all the help and support, I'll be back for more for more items in the future.
