For the posh look and feel the food is marginal. The starter squid was pretty alright but the main was a let down, the rump steak lacking taste and the octopus paired with pickled artichokes didn't quite sit right. cutlery not clean ... Glasses smelling of egg ... Overall a poor performance. Staff are very friendly and professional.

We had a less-than-pleasant experience at the garden cafe. Despite patronizing their establishment by purchasing rose wine at £10 per glass, we were reprimanded for enjoying food from the neighboring food truck within their seating area. We tried explaining that along with the wine, we had spent a significant sum of £40 on their wine tour and an additional £20 on cheese from their shop. However, our reasoning fell on deaf ears as the gentleman from the cafe continued to chide us. Our experience was marred by this encounter, and it's disheartening to realize that a customer's loyalty and substantial patronage don't seem to count for much. I'm afraid I would advise caution when considering a visit until they've taken steps to improve their staff training and customer service approach. This was a disappointing experience that left a sour taste in our mouths. 😡😡😡😡

A truly wonderful and unforgettable experience. I chose Squerryes Winery as the venue to propose to my partner and it couldn’t have been more perfect in every possible way. Everything, from the venue and location, the staff on the day (Vicki was amazing) the estate owner Henry’s kind words and gesture, the beautiful food and their own Squerryes estate wine was excellent. The restaurant ambience, the quality of food and the overall kindness and compassion of everybody at Squerryes made for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return to try their famous Sunday Roast. Thank you all so much, Daniel & Berna xx
