My experience with this dodgy company has been an absolute nightmare and continues to be so. I purchased the top model Bugari Bayan from this company, I was misled into believing that the free bass would have a coupler to select just a single reed which is not the case but much more disturbing is the fact that the instrument itself is seriously defective. When I play loudly the instruments tuning slips down and it does not retain its tune. Also the tuning is extremely sharp making it impossible for me to play with other instrumentalists. The setup of the instrument is all wrong and Squeezebox marketplace and Alan Shute have just tried fobbing me off continually, telling me it’s normal and also deferring me to the factory in Italy. I have even been refused a refund even though I asked for one within the legal time window 😢 What an absolute joke!!!! Do NOT trust these people. I did and I’m still lamenting it to this day 😭 If I could I would be giving them 0 stars

Would not recommend, Alan was only interested in upselling me a more expensive instrument, not the one I originally wanted and to boot the instrument he sold me is broken 😞😭 I’ve spoken with Alan about it but he referred me to the factory in Italy!!!! What terrible customer service. Would not recommend 😔
