    I got my phone stolen one month ago. I provided proof of everything I could and gave reasonable explanations where I couldn't. They're still asking me for random things through email and when I respond, I get another question a couple days later. Stay away from Three Insurance/Square Trade. Even if they give me a phone after all this, it's not worth the trouble I've been through.

    I am so frustrated with this delay in the service. I dont understand why I have to keep on calling to get updates on my claim. Why cant i receive calls or emails that the payment didnt go through or the id check didnt go through. This is very unfair on my part. I started the claim feb 26. I dont have a phone for more than a week now. I have to borrow a phone to call you guys. And ive called so many times just to confirm and do a lot for this insurance claim. One agent also gave me false reassurance that i will get the phone today. Ive attached a proof here from my monzo account that square trade took the money. It is so impossible to believe that this was not received. Even starting this claim i already have problems. The phone number was not working and it was on a loop of asking questions. The system you are using are not in the best interest for your customers. This £199 excess fee is not even in the contract of the insurance. My experience is so depressing with this insurance company. I cant wait to finish my contract with three. The biggest mistake ive done is to get an insurance with three. If i can give a negative rating i would definitely do it.

    Three is terrible in itself however this insurance company is even worse. You won’t know until you make a claim as you don’t expect to have such mayhem. The trick is in making a claim they make you file numerous reports then ask for plenty of unnecessary evidence you might lack if you’ve lost or device was stolen. To prolong the replacement for you. Then when you finally complete everything they take forever to send out your new device. They promised I’d receive my mobile in 24-48 hours, when j completed the payment which was followed up by no email or confirmation (my statement shows it went through) I contacted them to chase up the delivery details and was told I would be receiving my device four, FOUR days later!!!!!! Better off saving all you spend on insurance & the fee charged for a claim and helping yourself if you land in a bad situation. To square trade from me I hope your company is eliminated fast! Huge deceivers.
