    Avoid these people. Bunch of salesmen who promise the earth and deliver nothing. Won't follow up on complaints and after a pretty short amount of time will stop taking calls about issues. My case got "escalated" to someone even more useless than the person I was dealing with originally. Worst thing is that I ended up lodging a serious complaint with BT who did absolutely nothing about it. My suggestion is to avoid BT/Openreach as well as these clowns.

    BT Local Business strikes again - signed an order over 5 months ago. BT trying to charge us for it already but it's not been installed. Can't get the guy to respond and when I speak to him, he says he will look into it. Surprise surprise (NOT) he doesn't.

    The worst experience ever, and I have a lot of it. They work as subcontractors for BT - line installation still not done after 4 months, they scheduled the installation but no one came, now not answering mails nor phone for almost a month! Thinking on dropping BT service altogether!
