Our two Dachshunds Ruby and Max stayed here for 5 nights recently, I was a little apprehensive as they hadn't stayed here before, but I needn't have worried as they were fine, the staff are lovely and we are definitely using these again in June, already booked, Thank you all for looking after my fur babies xx

We used Square House over the Coronation weekend and they were so much better than we had experienced elsewhere. They allowed us to see the kennels, which others didn't do, and the place looked bright and clean. A very friendly and professional service, special thanks to assistant Julie who persevered with our nervous staffie cross Ruby and managed to settle her in. Very reassuring, we have already booked 2 further stays over the summer. Highly recommended.

Our dogs were there for 9 days, when it came to pick them up their beds were wet and the dogs smelt awful I had to wash them as soon as we got back. very timid which is expected, but both of them had a cold afterwards. For the price expected a lot better. Wouldn’t use again

Had my cat there , the staff is very friendly , the cat kennels could do with an outside run. The only down side was, that my cat didnt get the food I gave the staff. I've took near enough the whole food back home. He eat 4 pouches off food once we were home and he lost weight.

Cannot praise this place enough. Absolutely fantastic business. Spotlessly clean kennels, and they will cater for your dogs dietary needs to the letter. Steve and his team are first class. I wont take my dog anywhere else.
