Very small shop, hence they call it an off license. They are only looking to get you to buy things you need there and then, if you are single then maybe you might be able to do your weekly shopping to some extent. they have most alcohol brands available to them in there, they had a select range of ice creams in stock and additionally they have a variety of soft drinks. They was some traditional food on sale, from there country which was nice to see and anything that is not readily available from england, you have to kinder have to go out your way to find it, and that can be really annoying sometimes. i think it was called prooja prod, if i remember correctly.

I went here to collect a small parcel from eBay. When I went in I asked the older gentleman behind the counter for my parcel nicely and had my barcode ready. Well with this he pointed to an isle in his shop and said there? So as I looked round to where he was pointing there was a pile of boxes and parcels just piled up on the floor behind an isle? I said ok? Looked at him and he wanted me to get it? I had a quick look but couldn’t find it in the mass of stuff accumulated there. He just kept serving people as they came in, so I waited.......and waited. Then I plucked up and said could I have my parcel please and again he just pointed. I said I’m sorry but this is supposed to be click and collect right? So is this self service now? Having been at work all day I wasn't really in the mood to be working again trying to find my own parcel in a shop?? There were parcels, boxes and letters everywhere and as I was waiting a man came in with even more and just piled them on the floor next to the counter side. It was really unorganised and cluttered as the shop is small because the isles and the amount of products crammed in for sale, you felt like if you turned round you might knock something off a shelf and terrible for social distancing as impossible! Also I real security issue as any good opportunity thief could of had any parcel away being to hand on the floor in an isle! He still wouldn’t help even when he had a moment before another customer came too the till. He just dithered and did nothing! I even said I’m not getting it because I don’t have an idea out of all this mess where it could be. So I waited even longer, after about 5 minutes I was furious ! As he was still serving without any help at all ! So I had no choice but to plough through the pile of stuff on the floor until I found my item! He wanted to scan it before I left, without any apology. No secure parcel storage! Unorganised ! Poor management and terrible customer service ! AVOID ! And don’t pick up from here, they do not deserve the business.
