On the upside: WIndows are good quality, fitters are polite, tidy and do a good job. On the downside: They are very quick to take deposits, but slow to do the work. We waited from August 22 to February 23 to get the window fitted when the original estimated installation date was Nov 22. Whilst this was blamed on their supplier, the communication could have been better handled - if I had not chased it, I wonder if we would still be waiting? On balance, I would not recommend them.

Like a good pint of Guinness it is well worth waiting for. Square Deal Windows kept in contact throughout the process including installation. A highly recommended company. The installers were so clean with no fuss tidying up afterwards. We now have beautiful Pellini blinds giving us better control over the light in our kitchen. I recently used their services to install 3 windows and 2 sliding doors in our house. The communication with them from the very beginning was very good and thorough. They put a lot of emphasis on the design and paperwork stage, so there aren't any unexcepted surprises or problems down the line. The work took 3 days to compete and the finishing was amazing. I believe they left the house even cleaner than it was before! We already noticed the different in our insulation within hours from them leaving as I was able to put my thermostat a couple of degrees down and still be comfortable in the house. I would be more than happy to recommend their services to anyone or even be a reference for their quality of work.
