I've used SPS Windows twice now (the second time when I moved house). They come in and out very quickly (within a day the windows are taken out and fitted) with dust sheets and covers on the floor so our new carpets were still perfect once they'd left. The finish is fantastic. It takes a long time to get the windows made up (3/4 months) but its worth the wait. I highly recommend them.

We were extremely happy with the service and end product from SPS Windows. We did a lot of shopping around initially and SPS came back with a fairly priced quote but with a vastly superior product. From the time that the installation was booked in everything went extremely smoothly. We had 5 windows fitted in total and the fitter was very professional keeping the house clean and dust free at all times. Our new windows are now in and we are enjoying lots of positive comments from all our neighbours! Out of 5 stars we award 6!

Disappointing customer service. Filled in and requested a quote online with attached photos of my property. A few weeks later I received a phone apologising that they were busy and would provide a quote ASAP. Now a further month later and following another call I still haven’t received anything. Unfortunately I won’t find out if they have a good product which is a shame since they have received a number of positive reviews.

The windows on our house were 95 years old. They leaked wind and water, but nothing I had seen in aluminium, PVC or even wood looked right. Eventually, I came across a house in the next street having new windows. The windows were the first I'd seen that looked like the originals. By coincidence, the house belonged to friends. When the job was over, I asked what they thought about them and they were effusive with praise. I did some research on the product, was impressed with the specifications and the materials used, and contacted Simon Walker at SPS Timber Windows at once. From that moment, everyone we met or spoke to from SPS had been great. The installation team were terrific. They worked extremely hard, and conscientiously, made very little noise, considering the work required, and were very friendly. Each window was out and in the same day, so the house was secure and weatherproof every night. What astonished and delighted us was that they tidied up, removed the dust covers, and hoovered at the end of every single day. Amazing. Now they’re in, the quality of the windows, and the attention to detail during the installation, is very impressive. The fenestration is correct, as it was originally, and period details, rails and moldings have been recreated to match. Considering the quality of the windows, they are good value for money. I would certainly have more windows done by SPS, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. 12 July 2019 I would like to add to this review, originally written in 2016. Repeat business is the measure of all good companies, and I am so pleased with the work they did three years ago that I ordered a second batch from SPS Timber Windows, this time for the back and side of the house. The quality of their product is as good as ever, but it's the quality of their installers that really impresses. They were friendly, tidy, considerate, incredibly hard working, and left the place spotless. They were not the same team as last time, so it is a credit to Simon and Richard that they find such consistently good people. I said it three years ago, and I still can't recommend them highly enough.
