    Have witnessed them charge a friend of a friend for a uneccasary hard drive replacement which they never did, laptop still has the original drive inside, no way to do business, even if it is on unsuspecting individuals who trust your judgement, should be ashamed of yourselves to trade like that, wouldn't recommend you to anyone, should be on rogue traders

    Terrible company. I have been fooled twice now with them responding after 2-3 days constantly saying 'it's the motherboard's problem' although it's not and has never been when I visited them twice. I wouldn't recommend the diagnosis even if it's free. Also they over price the actual repair of the the problem.
