Ordered cookie dough, served on a paper plate and wasn’t properly cooked covered in chocolate sauce to hide the whole thing and high prices. Almost everything on the menu was out of stock and tables and utensils were not cleaned properly.

Walking in it appeared closed with no ice cream on display and staff cleaning. Was told yes we are open. Ordered coconut bubble tea and Ferrero milkshake. The bubble tea was disgusting, the milkshake was ok. To make things worse the lids are stupid, as soon as you insert the straw some of the contents spill out. Also, it is very overpriced. I would not recommend.

Quality has gone downhill, ordered cookie dough, we were served on a paper plate, cookie dough had been microwaved and was not freshly made. Romanian lady refused to give us a box to takeaway the food. Will no recommend or go there again.

I encountered a very bad experience with the staff at this place. The girl serving did a fantastic job but the kitchen staff didn't seem to care about the customers. First the crepe machine didn't work properly and then the waffle machine too didn't work properly. Both times the girl serving asked the kitchen staff to help out front but they were too busy chatting to each other to help.

AWFUL! My experience here was absolutely terrible. Firstly, staff were very rude. Came across as if they didn’t want to us order, 1 lady started taking my order and then turned her back on me before I got through the first item. They were also speaking rudely to the other customers in the store when they received the incorrect order (when you make a £60 order you want the right thing). Secondly, wait time was very long and all the desserts came separately. Thirdly, any ice cream or whipped cream with the desserts costa extra, but not made aware of this until you question the bill. And finally the decor is tacky. AVOID AT ALL COST! Better off sticking with a McFlurry.
