Springwell provided us with broken furniture and a dirty, poorly maintained house. After numerous complaints, they provided us with alternatives that broke straight away, such as bed frames and mattresses; or they weren't fitted properly like our washing machine - or at all! - like curtains. They are unresponsive and try to blame us for maintenance issues that can happen in any house to anyone. Students: save yourselves, your cash and your health and avoid.
