I cant rate and thank Springstep Mortgages highly enough. Linh who took my initial fact finding was a pleasure to deal with. Typically whenever doing any type of finance it always feels like an interrogation and stressful. Whilst they have a job to do they do it with a personable approach and makes you feel at ease. My case Manager Linh was absolutely brilliant! I cant rate her highly enough. She was on the ball every day ensuring we gathered all the right information and kept me well informed at each stage. She was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish either on the phone text or email. If I was to get another loan in the future I would have to request she dealt with me again she was that good ! Linh Hoang has gone above & beyong sorting our mortgages out. We had a BTL and a new mortgage for our new house and she has been exceptional. There was a hell of a lot to sort out due to us having a new business and various other complications but everything was dealt with and solved perfectly.
