James at Springmasters Ltd was beyond helpful with our rather unusual request for help in ascertaining which springs would work best for my 10 year old daughter's Science homework which needed springs to act as ducks legs.......I'm guessing that they do not usually get many requests for what size springs would hold up a paper mache duck but they were spot on with their suggestions. Totally recommend this company as their customer service was amazing.
