Where do I start? Linzi (The funeral dirctor) at Springhead Funeral Home is amazing with a capital A. It's the very 1st time I've had to arrange a funeral which was for my mum who recently passed away and her funeral was yesterday.I didn't know where to start. I rang a few places up for quotes but after speaking to Linzi on the phone, not just because the price was good, her voice and the way she spoke to me was so reassuring and comforting. We met up and oh my words what a lovely lady she is. Obviously she thoroughly explained everything from the thread to the needle but we had such a laugh aswell. I felt I'd known her for years. We met on more than 1 occasion and she put us on to the fantastic celebrant Daniel Barrington to do my mum's service for which we told him my mum's life story. Yesterday on the day of my mum's funeral, Linzi was so professional doing her job and because I felt like I'd got to know her she calmed my nerves. I was shaking when I arrived at the funeral home and after talking to Linzi she seemed to calm my nerves. She is absolutely perfect for the job. I can not recommend Springhead enough. An absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Well done Linzi! Xx

Lee and ALL the staff at Springhead funeral services provide such excellent care to all. You do not feel it is just a job to them , they are most helpful and supportive at such a difficult time. It is a relief knowing you have their amazing support and genuine care in helping to provide the funeral you want for your loved one. We would not consider going anywhere else .
