Absolutely tragic and terrible treatment. My daughter was verbally and emotionally abused by two therapists and blamed for it. Pals made a bad situation atrocious and further blamed my daughter. Anyone with half a brain could see how wrong this all was and how she was being gaslit, but Pals proceeded to shame and harm her emotionally, avoiding her calls and sending callous emails. How do you shrivelled witches sleep at night, knowing the evil you have committed or allowed? Seeing mentally ill people as less than you, because why? Their race, their class, or your perceived level of intellect? One in two people become mentally ill, so don't ever feel you're immune to it, or that you might never have the experiences you give to vulnerable patients. If this ever happens to you or your loved ones, my sympathy will be in the dustbin, right where you left my daughter's heart. Shame on you.

My daughter was abused and gaslighted out of her mind here. The staff lie to protect the NHS from legal proceedings.

Springfield Hospital doesn't really provide any help and/or healing, and their community mental health team isn't any better. I had a remote appointment today with them and it left me feeling worse. A couple of times I caught the look on the professional's face, and it seemed to be a look of mocking and one lacking in empathy. Then he made a point of pointing out one of my diagnoses, but the worse thing was that after pouring out very personal and heartfelt details, all I was offered was a phone number for a law center. Doctors need to know how lacking this service is because often they push this on their patients.

Disgusting place with false people changing identity and no people's skill, cheating in university and gaining a degree and commanding to the British people. More than 30 years of dealing with these so called nurses. I'm bitter. does any one vet these people? No wonder the NHS is not respected!! Where did the angels of Ireland go to? A dark horrible place where men and women are locked up and no spirit on the wards. Makoba is suddenly Keith how so? The only hope I see through this is if the champions of mental health step forward and clean this horrible mess. Please William and Kate help them. So talented. Horrible system 🛑

Where do I even begin, it's traumatic seeing your loved one not being cared for, few staff members are compassionate, the Dr's too self absorbed n embedded in their dsm manual, they don't even know how to communicate with the patients, parents relatives.. Paperwork goes missing, mo one has any clear sense of transparency, non existent therapy, slacking all around, Pals cqc.. Name it.. Its a difficult long excruciatingly painful process n I'm still having night terror what I have witnessed many years ago.. Seeing my loved one suffer needlessly.
