save your time and register else where. Getting through to them via phone is almost impossible for an appointment. Spent the last 2 hours going back and forth to stay in the line as it cuts me off every-time I make it to number 2-3. It shouldn't be this hard . Horrible!!!!!

Excellent service received from Springfield Surgery yesterday. I submitted a request for an appointment just before 8am and received a callback from Linda ((I think!) with an appointment for 3pm the same day. The young lady doctor I saw was kind, thorough and very professional - sorry I cannot remember her name, but she was a credit to Springfield Surgery. An exceptional, impressive, first class experience all round - thanks so much!

I have been with the surgery for almost two years and my experience has been great. "Booking next-day appointments with the GP is fairly easy, and 99% of the time, the doctor rings you the next day in the morning. Upon discussing health problems on the phone, patients can visit the surgery later in the day. By filling out the appointment form online, patients can explain their symptoms in detail, and it is also easier to go through these notes during appointments with minimum communication gaps. Booking an appointment with a nurse is not available same-day or next day due to shortage of staff and booking overload, so it has to be booked in advance. "Dr. Elizabeth and Fleming are very kind and treat patients with respect while being good listeners. I have never heard from any doctor here that only discuss one thing at one time and book another appointment to discuss any other problem; they are always willing to accommodate and give quality time. The nursing staff is also really nice; Allison and her team have been helpful to me. I have never had any issues with reception; they are always welcoming. "Based on my subjective experience, there are a few areas that could be improved upon. The surgery’s booking system may be difficult for older generations to navigate due to its tech-savvy nature, and reception emphasizes submitting forms online. The process of signing prescriptions is lengthy; it would be beneficial if nurses were allowed to prescribe dressings and other similar items (maybe rule of NHS). “To improve health services and patient experience, it would be beneficial to increase communication with patients. A better patient experience leads to higher satisfaction and positive word of mouth for the surgery.”

i don’t know why there isn’t any more complaints but your phone line is absolutely terrible. i can never hear anybody on the phone when i call and i get hung up on because of it. ridiculous. update your phone lines??????

The surgery is good but when u call them they say sorry the sugery is closed please call back later So i need it to be fixed. But i think that there should be no telphone consoltion i think there should be just Go In the surgery and they call u in when they are ready Thanks Papa johns Pizza
