Ignorant and unhelpful reception staff not mentioning any names (Lisa) . The doctors couldn't care less the only good thing about this practice is the nurses and probably the cleaner.

I feel slightly reassured that I am not the only person to find this surgery awful. I have to speak on my daughters behalf, it is extremely urgent, and received nothing but combative language and attitude from 'Lisa' on reception. I'm fearful for my daughter in this circumstance and I'm fearful for other patients too. I will be keeping this updated of progress if I don't get to speak to a doctor today

Absolutely diabolical. Just rang for a phone appointment that they've asked me to do,4th April. Also needed bloods done the hospital have requested, they don't do blood tests for hospital no more. Trying to see a doctor is like trying to find unicorn poo.If it wasn't convenient for me I'd definitely change surgery. Wouldn't recommend it at all. The worst ever.

No experience of the doctors but the receptionist, Nicola, was extremely considerate and helpful and did her utmost to enable me to get a telephone appointment with a doctor. Nicola’s colleague was also very helpful. Thank you very much ladies! Kathleen Little

Reception staff are disgusting. Call up many times to be told their so busy today I decided to go in and ask for complaint forms and guess what place is EMPTY and I got an appointment! Apparently they have no complaints forms so if the owner could please respond ASAP with the correct email address to put in the complaint would help as this has been ongoing for months. Waiting 4 weeks for blood results and months.
