Visited this establishment a few weeks ago. Excellent communication when organising the appointment. The chinese lady (found out her name is lilly) on the phone spoke great English. Very clear about prices, massage treatments and availability. The venue is located within a small cluster of shops. The lady is attractive and polite. The massage room is clean, tidy & warm. The massage was excellent & professional. The use of hot stones was a welcome surprise! My back is feeling much better since having this massage treatment. I will definitely return.
