Have used this vets for years. Very friendly and helpful. I have a 90kg mastiff who won't go into new buildings. The staff were accommodating and helpful at encouraging him in and making him relax for his treatment. 100% recommend..

All of the vets, vet nurses and receptionists at the two branches of Spring Lodge vets we've used have been absolutely excellent. They all seem to genuinely love their jobs and the animals that they care for. I definitely recommend them.

Easy booking of appointment, friendly and helpful reception, vet was excellent, explained everything to me and allowed me to ask many questions about the issue my cat had without me feeling like they were rushing me out of the door. Would highly recommend this vet practice

Fantastic practice. Super friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff. They always explain everything clearly and up front, really good with my cat who like most gets very nervous in the vets. Thank you guys 😊

Cost £94 for a dwarf rabbits consultancy and eye drops. Told to book a follow up appointment. Weeks later told we hadn’t paid for our follow up and invoiced another £29 when we’ve never paid for “follow up” before, apparently now it’s only after surgery they aren’t charged. Absolutely atrocious charging £29 for a follow up looking at a rabbit for afew minutes. Not impressed as been going here for years! Also earlier in the year they charged me a dog consultancy fee for a guinea pig.
