Did a end of tenancy clean and they absolutely did full justice to it. Left the apartment Spic and span in a period of 4 hours. Also their carpet cleaning needs special mention. Will definitely recommend them for anyone in and around Kent.

Below average clean and not worth the premium cost. We paid £23 per hour for a 6 hour clean on the understanding that this would be a deep clean. However, it was no better than what our normal cleaner from a different company does in 4 hours for £13.50 per hour. If you are going to charge a higher price point for a better clean then you need to deliver a much better quality. Sadly, this was not the case, we had a very surface level clean, sides weren't wiped and the hoovering wasn't thorough.

Under no circumstances should you use this company. You will see many of the same issues raised about this company in many negative reviews and there is a reason for this. They turned up late, lied about the level of cleaning they were doing, refused to honour their call back service to rectify their poor cleaning and were rude. Avoid, avoid, avoid avoid.

What a great job! Everything was spotless, the fridge and oven looked brand new even if they’re more than 10 years old. The carpet in the study was given a new life.
