I hired this company to do a deep cleaning at the end of my tenancy. When I called to book them, the receptionist convinced me to book a deep cleaning instead of an end of tenancy cleaning since the flat was furnished, so I did. The cleaners came, both smelling strongly of cigarettes, and ended up leaving 20 minutes early from a 4 hour session when I was not home (they called me), but did not refund me any of the money I had paid them. On the surface, the flat looked a bit cleaner, but they had not done a good job - there were still cobwebs, major stains on the carpet (which I had paid to be steamed), dust / grime in the corners, smudges on windows, etc. I left the country the next day, but my landlord tried repeatedly to get them to come back. They never replied to her, so she had to hire a separate cleaner and separate carpet steamer to come back, both of which I had to pay for, and which added up to more than the original cost of the deep cleaning. When I finally got a reply from the manager of Spring Clean, they refused any refund, saying that we booked the wrong service (which I did on their advice) and that too much time had passed (which was their fault for not responding to calls, email, and voicemails) and that we had not complained in person to the cleaners (who left 20 minutes early before I had returned home). DO NOT HIRE!

Unfortunately a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. Cleaning was to a very poor standard indeed, the extent of this only discernible after the cleaners had left, when it became evident that they had not moved furniture to clean behind or beneath, floors were not properly mopped or vacuumed, and a sticky residue was left on laminate floors. NOT to be recommended.

I organised a deep clean of my apartment, 2 cleaners were meant to come for 3 hours. After 2.5h I already had a missed call from the cleaner, which means they didn't even clean the full 3 hours. When I came back to my flat it was like they had never been there. There was no smell of cleaning product, no sign of using a mop on the floor, they hadn't even bothered to vacuum clean behind the doors or under my sofa!! And I had specifically asked to focus on floors and windows - the window in the bedroom was untouched. Extremely disappointed and the company is not offering any solution - no refund nor sending new cleaners in. WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
