Bought a car from this company in the winter i didn't know air conditioning wasn't working brought car back a couple of months later when weather was a bit warmer they didn't try and fob me off they just said we will sort it out ASAP they fixed it in a day free of charge and apologised very good customer service would definitely buy from them again first class

Brought a Audi A4 dynamic. RJ11OGT Was advised it was in excellent condition upon driving home car didn’t feel right going through the first to second gear so had it checked at my garage, the diagnostics report was very bad.. (gear box/turbo/timing chain) pritty much everything about the car (still have the photos). I contacted the dealership and they told me the car is fine and to wait for a light to come on the dashboard I told them I’m not interested in this vehicle no more and the guy got very aggressive and said we don’t do refunds lol.(clearly knew about the condition) Luckily I took finance out on it and contacted the finance company to tell them about the problems and I no longer wanted that vehicle, they assured me they have to take the car back as it was 3days after.

Was a little unsure of buying a Mini Cooper S from this dealership, as the history of the car was a bit patchy. However I knew the risk I was taking and the car was 8 years old, so I didn't expect everything to be perfect. Within a week of having the car the oxygen sensor went. Returned to Ahmed who sold me the car, and he diagnosed the problem, paid for the part and had it repaired at their cost. Superb service and care for the customer. Went beyond my expectations. Big thumbs up to Spring Cars.

I bought a skoda yeti 1.2 petrol manual form this dealership. They assured me that the car was serviced inspected and it was in perfect condition. i trusted them and i bought the car. After some weeks the water pump stopped working and a strange noise like a knocking started. i went to the dealership to fix the issues.They only paid for the water pump.For the water pump they send me to a garage to fix it for free but the mechanic told me that he need to talk to the dealership first. they started talking in their language and they mentioned many things including timing chain and tension belt. at that moment i didnt though that the car had big issues because the dealer assured me for the quality and the inspection.Long story short from that day i have done timing chain clutch and now the gearbox is gone. They lied to me about the condition so they can get rid of it. these issues existed when i bought the car but he said nothing. i maintained the car properly with all the services etc etc. so its not that i damaged it. the car had issues and the dealer didnt inform me. I paid the admin fee because i thought the dealer deserved it but apparently its just a way to get 200£ from you on top of the car price by doing nothing. He did everything for the money. I do not reccomend it. Do not go there to buy , the dealer is not honest They are liars and they want to steal your money. Find someone else.
