As a new customer, I can say that the service received from Spray Direct and in particular Jonny their sales manager has been both extremely helpful and very reliable. Airless spraying is not an area that I am experienced in, so when I needed to look into buying my first airless sprayer for the company, I was instantly drawn to Spray Direct due to their website and its content. It was a very easy to navigate website and full of extremely informative videos, which made the requirements much easier to understand. However, I also contacted them directly before making my purchase, in order to confirm suitability of the machine I was looking at. This turned out to be a wise decision as the sprayer I was looking at was not suitable and the thick aggressive paint would have soon burnt out my new investment. After making their recommendations to me, I shopped around and also done some further research which confirmed that I was correctly advised by Spray Direct. At this point, I was confident that they clearly knew what they were talking about, not to mention the ongoing support and service that they offer as a company and therefore, I chose to place my order with them. They informed me that the items were in stock and would be dispatched that same day via next day courier and by the very next day the sprayer arrived. From start to finish I am extremely happy and would definitely recommend this company and offer my thanks to Jonny for all his help.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. I’ve purchased many things from this company and delivery and quality is always first class. Most recently I had an issue with a sprayer I purchased elsewhere. I didn’t realise these guys offer a repair service so took it to a different company . The said company quoted me nearly £500 for repairs on a 14 month old Sprayer which hasn’t been used a great deal. I refused that quote and brought it to spray direct who were so helpful. After 10 minutes the guy who helped me knew the exact issue and fixed it all for a total cost of £74 A Brilliant and honest service from a great company. Thank you

Absolute 20/10 Service. I just wanted to say A MASSIVE "THANK YOU" to Aron for his outstanding customer service. I purchased the 9.5 HVLP Pro Comp and from new the 2-liter pressure pot has never worked. Aaron has bent over backwards to sort out the problem, which means the me sending the whole unit back to spray direct for them to solve the problem. I have also just purchased my 4th sprayer for my decorating business, which Aron told me to wait a week for the Black Friday saving. Aron and the staff at Spray Direct are credit to the company. Keep up the excellent work guys

I’ve just purchased my second sprayer from Spray Direct which is the Graco 695 Pro Contractor. I placed the order on Sunday and first thing on Monday morning I received a phone call from Johnny telling me about delivery etc The customer care was just outstanding from him and also the other staff that I have dealt with in the past. Johnny is a credit to the company and going the extra mile makes you appreciate that your are a valid customer and not just a number 29/110. Keep up the excellent work
