The driver of the vehicle I encountered today in Rainford village should not have a licence for a car let alone a truck. I was approaching the mini roundabout (to go straight through) and he saw me, stopped briefly then continued on despite me having right of way. He was turning right. I had to stop across the roundabout and was told essentially if I didn’t reverse he would take his back wheels over my bonnet. I had to reverse back to the junction. The video has been sent to the Police. He was laughing
