Spotlight Homes... where do I even began. Me and my partner have been looking for a home for months and discovered a lovely property under Spotlight Homes. Both Michelle and Alan have been absolute gold and have helped us through every single little process. It is the first time renting for me and I was certainly scared about doing all of the paperwork and sorting out Council Tax etc. but Michelle has helped us overcome every single hurdle. We had a little hiccup with a needed reference but with the continued support from Spotlight Homes we got it all sorted with absolutely no problems. It has been a pleasure to move into our new home under Spotlight and we are so glad we didn't stick with big brand housing agents. We both have been smiling since moving into our home. If I could give them a 6 star I certainly would...especially for their extremely friendly dog who greeted us when we walked into the Spotlight Homes Building. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Spotlight Homes for Homes.. Not houses. Thank you yet again Michele and Alan

In short..From the moment i walked into the beautiful Spotlight office at Lyndhurst to make an enquiry, Michelle put us in the right direction and then we met Allan. Between the two they accommodated us and looked after our interests, followed it through with such knowledge, experience and expertise. The process seemed so seemless to complete the deal, even if it hadnt gone through this would not have changed my view on the integrity of Spotlight Lyndhurst. They have been responsive and respectful and I would like to continue to utilise their services in the future. Words are not enough to describe how thrilled i am personally and we are as a company. That they have set new standards that in the property industry i havent seen before. Good luck and keep it up. I am genuinely humbled by these two fantastic human beings. Unfortunately renting through this company they have taken £360 from me for unnecessary cleaning that was not needed or was not my responsibility, They use TDS to hold your deposit which favour the landlord then the Tenant, If you do rent with them take 100 pictures before and after so you don't get stung at the end.
