Shaun really knows his stuff! After thinking I was going to cancel a holiday in Florence because of a really painful knee I ended up climbing the 464 steps of the Duomo 2 weeks after a successful treatment with Shaun and given exercises. He also linked my problems with a car accident I was involved in 6 years ago that injured my back was the root of the currant knee pain. I am very glad it was Shaun I went to for help.

I had been experiencing pain in my arm and hand for a number of weeks. Shaun's very thorough consultation, which reviewed problems going as far back as I could remember, identified issues relating to a neck injury. He put in place a series of simple but effective exercises. These actions and exercises did not immediately appear to be connected directly to my pain, however, as he explained he doesn't just treat the problem site but looks at the movements of the whole body for the underlying reasons as to why there may be pain. So I wasn't too surprised when he paid great attention to my feet and the way I walked! Shaun has a calming approach to his work and I was reassured by his confidence, knowledge and professionalism. I now have a wealth of exercises and strategies and have learnt to think about the way I move. I am now pain-free in both my hand and arm and have recently managed two weeks of decorating! I would highly recommend his services, Thank you Shaun.

I went to Shaun with a pain in my lower back, a constant daily ouch. He really listened and understood me went over my history and how my body reacts in different positions. He put into place an exercise programme to follow everyday. My pain has gone from several times daily to an occasional ouch. Whilst I was there he sorted out my big toe which was bending underneath the next toe, making it uncomfortable to walk. I'd already been to see the hospital physio who had organised shoe inserts. After a couple of times of foot manipulation and certain exercises my toe once again stands alone. I will be seeing Shaun in a few weeks again,as he's discovered that there is something just not quite right with my neck and it could be a factor in my lower back pain. Would definitely recommend a visit.

I came to Shaun with a niggling calf injury on my mind, however due to his thoroughness of approach he identified something much more important. Which was the daily pain I was suffering as a legacy of a couple of minor neck accidents. The benefits of Shaun's approach and corrective exercises has transformed my pain issues and made real improvements to my lifestyle. The convenience of being resident at the gym was also great for fitting my appointments around my existing schedule. Many thanks for your professional services.

I was seriously apprehensive about seeing a physiotherapist... this stemmed from being put through an NHS physio programme which achieved absolutely nothing. However, it had got to a crunch point where the niggling issues with my back from years of abuse and crashes from mountain biking and snowboarding were really starting to present problems constantly. After the first hour with Shaun I can seriously say that I walked out of his office feeling so much better! I had a grin from ear to ear as I really couldn't believe what a difference spending that time with Shaun was for my well being. His Jedi skills and little stretches here and there (which he also gave me a set of to take home with me) fixed nerve type pain instantly... it was crazy!!! Seriously, if you have a chronic on going issue you have to see Shaun, I can not recommend him enough. I also had a second session about a month later and left with a different set of exercises. I now am so much better that you forget where you had got to and simple things like getting out of bed in pain, etc soon get forgotten about. I have to keep reminding myself where I was at and how much better I am again now after just two session. Obviously everyone is different and may need many more sessions... but seriously I thought that was it and my back was shot... it just wasn't the case at all. BTW I had also spent years and lots of £££ on chiropractic services and massage (which I still have btu very infrequently now). This was the single best experience at resolving my ongoing problems by far!
