I injured my lower back just over 2 weeks ago and it was very gradually getting less painful ,but still very tight to the point where I would have to ease myself down when leaning over. I had a physio session about a week or so after and was given exercises to do which was helping however I thought a deep tissue massage may help speed up recovery. After googling local massages I decided to go here after reading some reviews, and the fact they were offering £10 off the initial visit, making a full deep tissue massage £40 for 60 minutes. Right from the outset I could tell it was going to be a good experience. Sookhee was super friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what she was doing. I was surprised at the amount of pressure she was able to apply and I could really feel every muscle getting worked. With this being a deep tissue massage there were points where it was really sore but this proved how much I needed it doing. Since working from home I had picked up bad posture and Sookhee could tell exactly how I had been sitting and stretching out to use the mouse on my right side. 1 day later my muscles are tender from the massage however I cannot believe how much looser I feel all over, and better yet my back is almost completely back to normal in terms of tightness. I'm still a bit sore but Sookhee said I may hurt for a couple of days after. I cannot believe how much of a difference 1 session has made and wish I came to see her right after my injury. I can honestly say this was the best massage I've ever had and would recommend her to anyone, I will certainly be going back and even making this a regular thing. Thank you Sookhee!

I'm a competitive runner and cyclist and used to see Sookhee when I lived in Chelmsford. When I moved away, I tried to find a massage therapist nearer myself simply to avoid the 40 mile round trip. I've been through about five including therapists who work with football clubs and Olympic teams. None of them were as good as Sookhee. So now I make the trip to Chelmsford once a week and it's without a doubt the best decision. I hurt my back earlier this year and she's got me up and running again and back to my level of activity and fitness. Whatever your issue is, if no one else has been able to help you, the chances are Sookhee will be able to sort you out where others have failed. She's brilliant.
