I cannot recommend Nicola highly enough. She has been treating me for various injuries and issues for around 10 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and has become a fantastic specialist in her field. She has a can do attitude and began using (and now mastered) a range of technological tools such as laser, ultrasound and shockwave therapy which she uses to fantastic effect. Nicola works to get you better quickly and far quicker than more routine approaches. She has successfully treated ITB issues that stopped me running, shin splints, and more recently an injured shoulder that she stopped from freezing. She correctly diagnosed a bursitis that a highly recommended physio missed completely. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology is impressive and she knows when to refer to other medical specialists. I trust her implicitly and she has a great sense of humour.

Strongly recommend. I had a long-standing back injury that had been misdiagnosed originally: persistent cramping back pain into my legs caused by picking up a young child at a funny angle out of a bath. My SI joint was pushed into the wrong place causing 10 years of chronic pain - no amount of stretching or exercises seemed to cure it. Nicola diagnosed it, moved the SI joint back into the correct place, treated the scarring and inflammation- I can now move more freely, and have no more debilitating pain.

I have been running for many years and have always managed to run through most aches and pains and niggles, but recently found myself out of action for about 6 weeks due to Runner's Knee. It was painful to walk and I was unable to run more than about 1-2 km before the pain was too much. I booked an appointment to see Nicola and she arranged for me to attend on Good Friday, when she started treatment immediately. She treated my knee with ultra-sound Shockwave therapy and laser therapy. After the first session I no longer had the pain. I continued to have three more weekly sessions of just under an hour each and Nicola then told me I was ready to start tentatively running again. Within a week I had done 3-4 daily runs and a long run - all of which gave me no adverse reaction. At my first session with Nicola, I told her I was very concerned, as I was booked to do an Ironman 70.3 in May and was worried I wouldn't be able to do the run section. She very confidently told me that she would have me fixed in time for the race and she was absolutely right. I completed the race last weekend and whilst my time for the run was not what I was hoping for (due to several weeks of missed run training), I completed the course without even a twinge in my knee. I have subsequently recommended Nicola to several running friends and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.

Sport Injuries London are the best. I've had multiple sports injuries which have just not healed with other Physios. Niki has got me back to the sports I love quickly so I don't loose form. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I first went to Nikki with an ankle injury and had laser treatment, which sorted out the problem. Going to see Nikki turned out to be one of the best decisions in my life as I also suffered from inflammation build up in my arm muscles and it was difficult to lift my arms over my head. Nikki is trained in shock-wave therapy and because of her skill and experience in this technology she was able to reduce the inflammation that had build up over time allowing me get back my full range of motion and also get back to the gym and building healthy muscle. During the treatment she also resolved my tendinitis that was forming in the right arm. I cant recommend Nikki highly enough, she has a wealth of experience to draw from and can quickly see the problems and apply solutions to get you back on your feet and increase your quality of life

I have seen many physiotherapists over the years and Nikki leaves them all in the dust. She has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the human body and uses a number of state-of-the-art treatments to get her patients better fast. I credit her with keeping me active and well. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Nicky is brilliant. Due to damaged cartilage and osteophytes in knees I could barely walk when I first visited. Now I'm doing 5 miles. My flexibility, muscle strength and balance have greatly improved and severe pain is now minor twinges. I strongly recommend
