Excellent customer service. Ordered some Turbo Attax cards for my daughter, and like an idiot google pay added a VERY old address as my delivery address, contact Sports Cards Direct via their chat and without quibble that changed the address and got things moving. Not only that but the package arrived the next day, despite being ordered after 12, excellent service all around. Oh and fairly priced too, unlike some places. Thanks Sports Cards Direct.

This is the worst store in uk. I made a purchase and it was faulty and the lady refused to return my money claiming its company policy. She said I can only get a refund slip and spend the money at their store. This is so wrong.

Perfect service. I am from Austra and everything was smooth and professional. Great communication, and instant updates on a delayed item. Didn't ask for any compensation on the delay since that is something a dealer has no control of. But received a great goodie with my items. Perfect packaging.
