Hi, I gave 5 stars in the beginning. less than 2 months all issues erupted. First we have been told by official BMW service when we wanted to install Navigation screen. They told us, the screen has been removed. The fault lambs started to show every day another new problem. Grade B car should not. I noticed the head lamps changed, we found by mistake old sale add, the lamp was brighter, I downloaded the pictures as evidence. On Highway the oil cap was broken, all engine flooded with oil, with two young daughters towed and rescued. Kentish BMW charged over 850£ to "fix" the cooling system, after 3 weeks the problem returned, but they ignored from my call. The car left in Hungary, because Mr Chris from Kentish said dangerous to drive, said before fixing over 9000£ car lost. Pictures coming soon

Wayne was great to deal with from start to finish. Booked a time to go see the car and went for a short test drive after having a look around the car. Later left a deposit and picked the car up later that week. Got given a fair price for my old car in part exchange. Later drove away happily and 4 weeks later no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy their next car to go to Sports and Prestige.

As car dealers go, Wayne would have to be in my top 5. A decent, fair man, which is rare amongst the breed. When people buy/sell a car, there are often emotions involved.
