Used this shop since 1996 for most of my gear , but went recently to find the shop was closed to the public ! online sales only , very strange as the shop looks open with all stuff displayed for sale , i bought my Dr Martin boots on line from them good service and price , would of had 5 Stars if the shop was open

Would not recommend buying online from this company. Customer service was absolutely non existent. Took my order and money then next thing I knew over a week later I received a refund without any reason whatsoever ever. They did not reply to all emails sent asking for a reason. Very poor.

Do not buy converse from here i recently bought some and was told not to wash them but i did as i have always washed my converse but they literally fell apart the sole became totally unstuck from the canvas no way are these genuine converse i will never buy from here again!
