Excellent service from Sportif Citroën as usual. I wanted a service for my 7 year old C3 Picasso. They collected the car from my house, did the job in quick time, and returned the car in the afternoon. They checked everything I had flagged up and reported back. All very efficient and they certainly get 10 out of 10 from me.

Salesman mis-sold a diesel C4 for short journeys, never asked (Trading Standards required definition). Did not arrange the pre-sales corrective work as promised. Switches needed changing and still had black dog hair inside on rear roof. Service dept left my engine cover in the workshop for two weeks before I discovered it myself. No attempt to trace it, still in the workshop. Did a corrective call back on wiring, but left the wheel inner cowl loose and the screws standing out by 1.25cm. Then claimed the cowl 'comes down' on its own. I did a simple adjustment and put it up myself. This is stuff cows leave in fields! Refused to replace twice failed Air suspension bags with springs from the VTR model, so drove to Southampton Citroen who did it there and then. Vehicle corners better and no longer collapse the suspension on the Motorway. Flippant and difficult Service manager well know to other garages, which I now use permanently. I'd avoid the place. Try Skoda, they did what they said they were going to do.
