We got the lechon and rice combo. Waited about 15 minutes and recieved our meal. The rice was rather bland, the pork was nice though. Just lacked any real flavour or seasoning. We asked for salt and pepper and she said they dont have any and extra sauce is at a cost, ridiculous considering we had the tiniest pot of 'chili' which was mostly garlic. Wouldn't really recommend.

The person I was with got 2 thighs of bbq chicken so why are they not doing the portions evenly ? Extra sauce was asked yet not given. Nothing to try again or even for the first time. Very poor food sorry. Fried chicken Still dripping oil

The initial approach was greeted with a smile, by one staff other staff was a little moody. The meat was halal, the premises was clean enough but the decor was spoilt by the hanging of posters on the wall using tatty celoptape. I think more could be done to improve and maintain standards. The dish I ordered the chicken was quite chewy and the flavour was not to my likeying. The spicy oil was quite bland, the rice was nice, the salad, and takeaway box but the rest could be improved. I hope the buisness applies improvement to the above. I will visit again, and update on a further review. I believe in secound chances.

The pinoy grilled chicken is amazing, super tender and juicy. The pickled carrots (i think they are) are also a taste to behold. The rice is pretty dry but the sauce from the chicken mitigates that significantly, portion could be better but overall an amazing meal for the price (£8)

This place is easily one of my go-to’s, first time I had food here it was like I saw stars, I was instantly a fan. The chicken Juander combo is easily my favorite. The fried chicken is crispy and juicy with a slight sweetness, while the grilled chicken is tender and the sauce provides an extra layer of flavor. The veggies are crisp and are the perfect way to cut through the oil-rich and heavy chicken and rice. Really feels like a well rounded meal. Also as a fan of iced tea, C2 is LEAGUES above many of the brands available in the UK, the apple one is my personal favorite. Unfortunately this specific meal I had, the chicken juander was cold when I got it. But that was not enough to deter me. The food was still class, and I devoured the meal, not a crumb left. I would still easily rate this place as high as I did. I have never had an issue with customer service and out of all the Boxpark restaurants I really recommend coming here over many of the overrated expensive restaurants inside.

Filipino cuisine is still making its mark in the mainstream restaurant scene and it’s sad to think that this place is a representation of the food. The service lacked friendliness if not very rushed. If you now Filipinos, you will know they are very hospitable people and love to smile. There are no bold flavours here just below average marinated meat, overcooked rice, vinegar tasting salad dressing over wilted lettuce and small expensive portions that barely feed a child. If you want authentic Filipino food without the service then your best to open a cook book at home or try some online Filipino recipes. At least then, you’ll be cooking with some heart.
