Absolutely fantastic experience! As a London commuter, I rarely need to come to soho however, I was very hesitant to bring my bike and leave it chained in the street, but I discovered spoke safe just a hour or two before leaving home. It was such an easy trip in and out, I’ve never had such a smooth journey in and out of London before. The location of the facility is perfect for me and there was so much space and I was able to charge my bike! I’m so thrilled to know I can use this every time I need to come to central London. A fantastic resource!!! For a cycling/train commuter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stored my bike here for a week while I went from Edinburgh to Europe on holiday (with Eurostar still not taking bikes). The day after I returned from holiday I had a long audax ride starting in London so really needed my bike (which is probably worth in the region of £3.5k). The setup is great, secure room within a secure carpark hidden away. Nice to see the unit full of very expensive ebikes which put my mind at ease somewhat as I would never normally leave my bike anywhere. When I returned everything was exactly as I left it. Would definitely use again. Also to be noted is how exceptionally rapid the team are at replying to emails, (I had to change my lockup location as the Waterloo units didn't seem secure enough for me). I was in a hurry to catch a Eurostar and I was sorted within minutes. Probably the best customer service that I can recall receiving and really made a potentially stressful situation a breeze.

Yep, this place really is a gem! As pointed out by another user, this safe bike parking is situated on the second floor of a car parking lot and creates a different PIN for each customer (it's also constantly regenerated!) — so it's very easy to track who comes in and goes out: everyone is even ID verified! Pretty cool. I only had two little issues: 1. Entering through the door is kind of hard with a bike. It also automatically locks fairly quickly, so you can't really step back and grab the bike later. 2. The bike racks that are hanging on the wall are placed too high and some bikes simply don't want to fit in properly (e.g. certain e-bikes). It would be awesome if you could specify what kind of bike you have before being assigned a slot.

Brilliant service - we used the Soho Spokesafe hub for RideLondon, we contacted the team well in advance and they were incredibly helpful, ensuring we had the right booking and letting us know that the codes had changed. On the day it was really easy to use as a first timer and I felt confident that my bike would be safe there. If I head to London with my bike again, I will definitely use a Spokesafe hub. Incredible facility. Hidden up on the second floor of a manned carpark, this Spokesafe location is out of the way, and secure. Vertical storage for bikes, charging points for e-bikes and individual lockers, all with continually changing keycodes. Highly recommended.
