Ordered a personalised vase for a wedding present, it arrived on time and was absolutely beautiful and great value for the money, text was done in lovely font, vase was boxed and was exactly as advertised, I will definitely be using this provider again for any other personalised gifts. Fast response to query regarding leaving a review, great service. NOTE - The only issue I has was trying to leave a review as I ordered this through etsy and there was no way to leave a review but I have found a way now, highly recommend this company and will go directly next time.

This has a really been an outstanding service experience from start to finish and I couldn't recommend Ben and team more. I had purchased an engraved children's cutlery set for my oldest nephew last year and my sister in law loved it so much that she asked for the same for her youngest. While that particular set was no longer listed, Ben immediately offered to reorder. Between having this chat and receiving the set - beautiful and of high quality - , barely five days passed. Speedy, friendly and incredibly helpful service. And both nephews now only use their cutlery sets. Thank you!
