I was with Splendid for a couple of years until 2022. The staff is amazing and the admin team is always there to help out whenever you need them. It's a great place to work because many employees have been able to succeed and get promoted from within. It's also awesome as a part-time job. Just remember that waiting can be tough and requires some patience

Unproffesional agency towards me in this Screwing culture policy. This is the only agency I know that does This so be warned as this will cause a strain on your lifestyle and uni studies it's just not worth it. I was never supported by splendid, from what I see now is that I was forced out from Femanazi mentality culture that dosnet like hard workers who have opinions. My Point is that it dosent matter how hard you work for splendid, splendid only care about your feedback from clients (not your time keeping and hard work) Also the staff feedback on the website is a headache and priority so it doesn't matter if you finish late and reques more hours. If your late because of train strikes, buses being late, oh and shifts without booking of your consent. It's your fault as they will dehumanize you and gaslight you if you prove them wrong. Because of their arrogance and mistake I can't work anymore Christmas holidays and new year because of them. This is why agencys with apps that guarantee flexibility that communicate without any error are 100% professional with client and staff...something Splendid isn't so please for your own good and less strain please don't sign up with these.
