Bought a beautiful vintage suit on ebay which fit * almost * perfectly, but now thanks to Nanna it fits like it was made for me from the very beginning!! From the first conversation I knew it was in safe hands, she even returned the buttons which had to be removed so I know she really truly cares about the clothes she works on. I couldn't believe it when I saw that one of my prized CC41 dresses from the 1940s had a tear in her skirt. A couple of photos were sent, advice and options quickly ensued and we went for an original darn repair. Very prompt service and very professional.
