Went in to Splashpoint to attempt and purchase a membership there a month or two ago. Proceeded to walk upstairs to the membership services desk, waited for about forty five minutes and was ignored until the staff member behind the counter was done on her phone call. A slight bit of acknowledgement goes a far way and we would have potentially considered joining if it wasn't for the shocking service or prices. I can pay to swim in the states for $50 a year, I don't understand how they charge nearly £1000 for a couple to go swimming. They do not provide a swim only option which is shocking when half the building is a pool.

Facilities are the best around, and you get to exercise with a sea view, staff are very friendly Love Helen and Julia. The chill out sauna area is amazing. Just a shame the windows keep getting broken :( horrible, mindless, destructive people.
