    Very dirty and unhygienic in all areas no one seem to clean here, smells of damp and there's black mold in places. Don't eat anything they serve either I heard one of the staff discussing how he doesn't even have his food hygiene certificate with another staff member

    This mens spa always used to be welcoming and friendly. Nice friendly chaps would sit for tea and have a good chat with you. They serve cold drinks here too and the staff are very friendly. They have various events including a popular bear day which can be very sociable.

    Disappointed & unnerved There are some positives. The hot tub is big if a little dated. Bar area is big & bright. But the rest of it. Very dark and gloomy and needs some updating. The upstairs play area is very cold and the dark room is so dark I couldn’t even see the way in! The worst aspect though was that some of the clientele even after giving them no eye contact or interest would not leave me alone & continued to pester and follow me around. One even grabbed another guy by the wrists and tried to pull him into one of the rooms! He thankfully said no and he got the message! Clientele was largely older. That’s fine but I’m on the younger side and felt like I was being stalked. Wouldn’t go back if I’m honest.

    Lovely sauna in Leicester City Centre, which is really an asset for LGBT community in Leicester and wider East Midlands. Good facilities with sauna, steam and spa pool and plenty of private spaces. Clean and well maintained facilities and incudes a cafe/bar where you can get a proper coffee. I have visited a few times recently including one the Saturday event night, which was busy and lots of very friendly guys is such a nice change from London saunas:) Friendly and welcoming staff who do look after their customers.

    Great first visit with a friend and what stood out for us both was the great customer service, staff where really nice and made you feel welcome and was always busy cleaning and running around but still had time to chat with you. Plenty of parking options and food and drink prices were very good. Highly recommended
