The receptionists are friendly, and the employees are helpful. However, the stylist/therapist needs some more training in dealing with Black/African hair. I had to provide a lot of instructions to get the "right" cut. Despite this, you do get a decent haircut for the price, and there is good availability.

I came in for an eyebrow wax and the lady who was doing it couldn’t even speak English, I didn’t understand anything she was saying because her English was so broken. I understand that English may not be your first language but at this level its horrendous the customer don’t understand what your saying, also she started threading my eyebrows when I wanted a wax?? I usually come in and a very skilled Spanish girl I think her name is Sarah does my eyebrows and they are amazing every time this new girl Marina I think her name is needs extra training she is not ready to be on the floor and it’s not professional unfortunately for a busy London salon!
